We go beyond the scoop! Our thorough process includes sanitizing with pet-friendly, non-toxic products to eliminate hidden bacteria (like E. coli and Parvovirus) that can spread. We guarantee a truly germ-free zone for maximum, worry-free adventure!

 

Nope!  As long as our crew has safe, clear access to the designated service area, we can perform the cleanup while you’re away.

Your billing is as predictable as your dog’s dinnertime! We charge a consistent, simple flat rate, and your payment is due on the same calendar day each month, making budgeting a breeze.

What happens if the weather is terrible (heavy rain, snow, etc.) on my service day?

We are committed to showing up, but safety first! In case of extreme weather, we pause service and return as soon as it’s safe. We’ll perform a double-duty cleanup on the next scheduled day to make up for the missed poo-tential!

We handle the heavy lifting! Our reliable, large-scale solutions are built for communities. We service all communal paths and fully manage/restock every pet waste station with quality, eco-friendly supplies.

We’re pawsitive about the planet! All waste  is securely contained and disposed of according to local municipal solid waste regulations, minimizing our eco-paw-print and keeping your environment clean and green.

We service properties between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. While we can’t give an exact minute, we are highly consistent. Once we establish your route, you can expect us within the same general time frame each service day.

Depending on the situation, the first visit might require an initial “deep-dig” fee if we find a mountain range! We’ll assess the yard’s condition during our planning session and give you a clear, honest quote upfront.

To ensure seamless service, we ask that you provide us with the gate code, key, or lockbox access during sign-up. If the crew can’t safely access the yard, we can’t scoop, and we’d hate to miss a cleanup!

We offer flexible service! Just give us a bark (call or email) with advanced notice. You can pause service for vacation or cancel anytime without tricky long-term contracts—we just want you and your pack to be happy!

If your dog is a friendly soul, we’re happy to say hello! But if they’re a bit shy or protective (guarding their territory!), we ask that you bring them inside just for a few minutes so our crew can work safely and efficiently. Safety first for all our furry friends!

We use a professional-grade disinfectant that’s tough on the bacteria but totally safe and non-toxic for your grass, your pets, and your kids. It eliminates odors and germs without any harsh chemicals—just clean, green goodness!

While we do our best to find every hidden treasure, thick leaves or tall grass can make the scoop very tricky! We highly recommend keeping the service area mowed and raked. The clearer the path, the better the cleanup we can guarantee!

A clear path makes for the best scoop! We ask that you keep the service area reasonably tidy (toss those frisbees and toys in a bin) so our crew can perform a 100% thorough, hazard-free cleanup.

We understand life happens! If we can’t get in safely, we’ll send a quick “woof” notification that the service was missed. Since we still have route time and fuel costs, we can’t offer a refund for the visit, but we’ll do an extra-thorough cleanup on your next scheduled day!
